JOURNALS

Use journals to get the latest information on theories, treatments, policies, research for a particular issue. Remember - how you ask determines what you get. The best databases for social work are:

Many of these social issues have local, regional and national organizations that track policies, government interventions, research, breakthroughs, laws & regulations, etc. Use the web to identify such agencies. Some general sites to search are:
