The Ruth A. Haas Library has photocopiers for student use on the First and Third Floors. There are also two public photocopy machines at the Robert S. Young Library at the Westside Campus.
Copies cost fifteen cents each when you pay cash. However, if you purchase a plastic Copy Card by inserting any dollar amount in the copy machine, copies cost only ten cents. Each time you press the PRINT button to make a copy, the balance on your Copy Card is debited by ten cents. When your balance reaches zero, you may insert more money in the machine to add credit on your card. The first card will cost $.50.
Please do not use the student photocopiers to make transparencies---it damages the machines! If one of the student photocopiers malfunctions, please notify the Periodicals Office on the Second Floor or the Circulation Desk on the First Floor.
There are two faculty copiers in the Haas Library--one on the First Floor and one on the Third Floor. These machines require University ID cards which are issued to WCSU faculty by the University administration. If one of the faculty copiers malfunctions, please notify the Periodicals Office on the Third Floor or the Circulation Desk on the First Floor. The Robert S. Young Library at the Westside Campus also has a faculty photocopier.
Microform reader/printer machines are available in the periodicals area on the Third Floor of the Haas Library, and at the Robert S. Young Library. They can be used to make copies of microfilm and microfiche at no cost. In addition, these machines are capable of scanning and saving the microform documents for emailing or distributing electronically.
If one of the reader/printer machines malfunctions, please notify the Periodicals Office on the Third Floor during regular working hours, or the Circulation Desk on the First Floor when the Periodicals Office is closed.
