Are You Ready for Online Learning?

Online Readiness Survey

Online Readiness Self-Assessment

Instructions: This survey is intended to help you decide if an online course is a good fit for you. As such we encourage you to be as honest as possible with yourself. Your answers to the following questions will help you determine what you need to do in order to succeed in the online learning environment. Post-survey feedback will also provide you with information on what you can expect from an online course. Your response to this brief self-assessment survey is completely anonymous. The survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. No one will see the results but you.

This survey was adapted from a survey developed by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
