General Observations

The easiest way to get this thing going would be to go with the Apple G5s!

These machines could be placed in the library (no special equipment needed) and we could have them up in a minimal amount of time and get busy creating applications. These machines are plenty powerful and and include a free video server. All in all the best choice! (but will you let us do this Loraine?)

A possible problem (eventually) is access to the backbone from the library. I don't know what the possbile options are. (Rich)
