What can the WCSU Libraries do to support the First Year Experience?

- direct (and explicit) links to self-help guides, such as scholarly vs popular, TIP, etc.
- links to other campus resources (writing center, math lab, etc.)
- Danbury information?
- quick search box for catalog?
- Library/database tips
- embedded chat box
Academic Toolkit
I just saw a listserv message that referred to an "academic toolkit" for first year students. Perhaps we could use that idea as a framework for a special page for first year students. I will gather more information about that and post here.
