This WIKI space can be used to gather and share information re: EMS scheduling system. We should together decide if we want to use it for library instruction sessions in 413/411 in the fall, as well as for booking other rooms in the library.
Who is the main contact person for EMS?
Have there been any changes to the software since we were last trained?

I don't know if you remember this. I made it several years ago but it may be of interest. It's not perfect but I think you can get the idea.

Sorry for the delay in responding... At the last ITC meeting, Lorraine announced that 413 was scheduled to have new laptops installed this summer. I will keep you informed of any new developments, but there were no contingencies mentioned at that time. As a matter of convenience, however, I would still like to see us pursue a web-based scheduling system. I would like us to seriously consider Brian's creation above...

This new system looks good. Give me a chance to look it over. So I take it we don't have to make the information public as of right now?
