1. !WebPacPro

   !WebPacPro should be installed in early summer, with the current look and feel.  We will maintain a unified interface, but should begin a redesign of the screens soon after installation. That project will be a collaborative, inter-campus effort.

   The !WebPacPro example sets can be downloaded from !CSDirect; the systems librarians at each campus should take some time to look at these.  

2. Serials Solutions' MARC record load (a question from WCSU director)

   CCSU is the only library loading MARC records and there may be some duplicate records which will have to be cleaned up.

3. Scoping

   CCSU and ECSU will get scopes; WCSU and SCSU will not.  But all systems librarians believe we should scope now.

4. !DSpace, !ContentDM, other repository projects?

   - CCSU uses !EPrints for thesis repository; Luna boxes for art images; ContentDM for the Veteran's history project and some other media services projects.

   - WCSU using !DSpace for thesis repository as well as oral history project and other projects

   - ECSU and SCSU have not gone there yet

   - Note: these are NOT data warehouses that can contain general university content

5. Resources for College Libraries

   Nancy Bobrek at SCSU may be doing this; Lynn Coburn-Johnson (collection development at CCSU) or Chip Marlor; send email to Edward asking about it

6. ERM - to answer a question from WCSU's director and maybe others? (see WCSU wiki page here: http://library.wcsu.edu/libweb/staff/wiki/ERM;  we also have a page right here at the CSU systems wiki: http://library.wcsu.edu/CSU/systems/wiki/ElectronicResourceManagement)

   - ECSU is interested in Serials Solutions ERM, and will also look at Innovative; SCSU has a live demo of Serials Solutions   

   - what is ERM? a storehouse for contract data,  plus 

   - systems librarians agree that this is NOT a consortial project, but is appropriate for individual campuses
