Minutes for August 20

1. WebPacPro implementation - review all change requests?

Most changes were made as they came in. Still some conflicting requests pending. Wiki pages shared.

2. ERM RFP - should we comment on it?

CCSU Serials Librarian, others assisted in writing. III and Serials Solutions will probably respond. Four instances would make the most sense, but what would it do to the price? Not sure when this will go out.

3. Other Innovative products to consider

• Feed Builder: $9,500, plus $95 per month beyond 12 months; Debbie built something in XML for new titles and she is willing to share
• SpellCheck: $1,850,plus $18 per month beyond 12 months; but what does it check? a standard dictionary or the index?
