List has been finalized and sent to the system office.
- ERM implementation?
CCSU and CSL have completed coverage loads and all seems to be working well. WCSU and ECSU are working more slowly and may ask the others for some assistance over the summer. CCSU is thinking about quarterly coverage re-loads.
- Question: how much hardware (computers and other equipment) support do we handle in the library, and how is this divided between the library and university IT?
Many of us are in no-man's land regarding PC and networking support for "library-specific" hardware. Discussion of technological solutions for guest or community users. Accessibility services room discussion.
- How can we make the CONSULS consortium work more effectively (i.e., improving communication, exploring new products and services, etc.)?
Should we consider having a public blog/wiki to communicate issues, decisions, questions? We will pursue linking the wiki address from the CONSULS minutes page and produce static documents. Could we have a joint meeting with the directors to set some goals and discuss pressures.

SS reports difficult to include and exclude indicators; he will make changes for all campuses. Genre headings discussion, would need indexing.
- Subject: UTF-8 implementation Has it happened? ss via Catalogers
Not yet implemented due to issues raised by catalogers. SS will discuss with cataloger group for final decision and scheduling.
- SSL
Making CONSULS server a secure server. Solutions: a) get a wildcard server entry, b) make connections directly to csulib.ctstateu.edu from web pages. System office not historically willing to change their naming convention to www.consuls.org, but we may want to ask again.
- Libguides implementation
WCSU has subscribed. Veronica will give accounts to other campuses to try.
