What We're Trying to Do
It's our hope that we can use this space to discuss matters where we can learn and collaborate with each other in regard to libraries, library systems, and library materials and services. We'll try and leave this site open until some event happens that makes us rethink that idea.
Here is an
RSS Feed to make keeping up with changes a little easier.
This Wiki Conventions (subject to change)
- Feel free to create pages and add comments!!!
- Don't worry too much about what it looks like because there will be some WikiGardening going on from time to time.
- (Please everyone correct my spelling and grammer)
- At the bottom of the each page you'll see a way to add subtopics for the page.
- The name for your subtopic must be unique. Don't panic, you'll know when it's not!
- If you create a subtopic put your initials at the bottom of your entry and add an
to separate the topic from what follows.
- If you don't want to create a new page (subtopic) just leave a comment.
- Before leaving a comment if you use the options page and fill in the requested data your comments will be automatically attributed to you.
- If what you want to add seems more logically added to the body of the page; edit the page, add your text and initials, then put a
after your entry. ( the concept is to make it easy to add stuff but still know who is adding what)
- A good way to learn the wiki is to look at the source of an existing pages that seem to do what you want and then copy that.
- Worst case you may have to look in the help section
- Worst worst case: remember "It really doesn't matter!"
