What are we trying to do
This is tough. I think we could use help in getting a better handle on managing access and tracking use of our resouces. Some of this is just house cleaning. (How neat do you keep your place)?
Another, and more interesting part is tracking the use of a resource. This is messy and good use indicators would help us learn what students really are doing, and help us make a better allocaiton of resources.
